NHS NW Leadership Academy Festival of Leadership 2023

The Festival of Leadership  offers a space for you to connect, share and learn with colleagues from across the region at a time of transformation and recovery. The full day event will bring to life ‘Our Leadership Way’ and foster networking, spread learning and encourage transformative leadership.

Through a blend of local inspirational leadership speakers, diverse workshop sessions, and a range of networking opportunities, you will be provided with tools and fresh thinking to stimulate new perspectives and help drive your organisation and system forward. You will:

  • Explore and discover challenges and opportunities to shape leadership
  • Share and learn how best practice is achieved
  • Leave with tools to implement, support and embed transformative leadership
