Multi-Channel Marketer (Level 3)
The broad purpose is to support customer focussed marketing activities that drive the demand for a product or service through awareness raising and/or perception building to generate results. They will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans. They will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to Marketing function and activities of the company. In their daily work, interactions would be with a wide range of internal and external stakeholder.
A Multi-Channel Marketer apprentice will leverage available data and AI tools to create engaging content that will guide customers/users down the marketing funnel, using their critical skills in content creation, search engine optimisation, social media management, web design, and GA4.

Award
Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship award. For those who successfully complete one optional Expert Module, they will also achieve one of the following certifications (depending on which Expert Module is completed); Google Ads or Google Analytics. All Expert Modules are instructor led with an exam included free of charge.

Additional Funding
- If apprentice is under the age of 25, Employer may not have to pay Class 1 Employer National Insurance. Full details and criteria are found here.
- For apprenticeships starting between 1 August 2024 - 31 July 2025, employer may be eligible for £1,000 if apprentice is aged 16 - 18 years old, OR aged 19 - 24 years old and has either an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan provided by their local authority and / or has been in the care of their local authority. Full details and criteria are found within the ESFA Funding Rules.

- Lancashire County Council incentive is £3,000 for 100 Lancashire employers
- Chorley Council incentive is £1,500 for Chorley employers
- Fylde Borough Council incentive is £5,000 for Fylde employers recruiting a new apprentice who is a Fylde resident.

Key Learning Requirements
Apprenticeships require learners to achieve specific new knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs), which are detailed in the Apprenticeship Standard. These are achieved by;
1) Programme Teaching; via online 2-day sessions every 6-8 weeks. If completing an optional Expert Module (from a choice), this consists of instructor led sessions/masterclasses and an exam. This is additional learning and would be included in to the learner’s personalised apprenticeship training plan. On successful completion of the exam, the learner will receive a certification (for example Google Analytics). If completing optional Be-Spoke Module/s, there will be additional learning time required which the education provider will discuss with you at application.
2) Independent study; such as assignment/project research and write up
3) Learning in the workplace; shadowing colleagues, completing programme assigned work based projects, day-to-day development within your current role duties/work activities, reflections with mentor, relevant training sessions.
Modules
This programme has fixed module delivery, consisting of 'Core Modules' and 'Essential Modules'. Therefore, you are unable to choose the mandatory modules studied for this apprenticeship. Baltic Apprenticeships offer access to additional modules to help enhance and personalise learning, which helps meet individual development needs of both the apprentice and the organisation. This is offered through their 'Be-Spoke' route, with various 'Expert Modules' and 'Be-Spoke Modules' to choose from per programme. Any Expert or Be-Spoke modules chosen will be in addition to the mandatory Core and Essential modules. A list of modules is available in the programme guide within the resources section.
Placements
This programme does not require external placements to be completed, although varied experiences are beneficial.
Assessments
Apprentices will be assessed throughout the programme by assignments, observations/evaluations and End Point Assessment.
Key Candidate Entry Requirements
• Employed minimum 30 hours a week in a suitable role for the duration of the apprenticeship. The apprenticeship duration may be extended to support staff who work less than this (will be looked at on individual basis).
• Preferably, certificate/s to evidence both Maths and English either GCSE C/4 or higher, Functional Skills Level 2 from an Ofqual approved examining organisation, or acceptable alternative (List of acceptable options
here). If the candidate does not have evidence of Maths and English at the relevant level, there are two options; 1. via NHSE funded online revision and exams. Contact Training Hub Apprenticeship Team for more details.
2. Or, Training Provider will support the learner through the relevant learning and exams, alongside their apprenticeship. An initial diagnostic assessment will be completed by the Training Provider at application stage to determine suitability for this option.
