NHS England has developed a suite of e-learning modules for NHS staff which covers common symptoms of the menopause, how it can impact people and how colleagues can support those going through menopause.
- The menopause eLearning module is aimed at all NHS colleagues – those going through the menopause and colleagues who can provide support to them. It takes just 20 minutes to complete.
- There is also an elearning resource specifically designed for occupational health colleagues.
- The latest module to be launched in this suite is aimed at people professionals to help support individuals and line managers in the workplace.
