Funding for Liverpool University’s 2-day Cytology Programme is available to Practice Nurses, Nursing Associates & Physician Associates working in Primary Care in Lancashire and South Cumbria. We are pleased to offer a training session designed specifically for non-clinical staff working in general practice, delivered by What-a-Kerfuffle.

 
This session is aimed at individuals who have direct interactions with the public and will cover how to identify, manage, and respond to incidents of abuse, threats, and violence. The training promotes a safer working environment and enhances confidence when dealing with challenging situations.
