Ruth Carman has a background as a primary school teacher and around ten years’ experience in education within the NHS, primarily in Medical Education. Now working as a Programme Support Officer in the Widening Participation team, her role involves all aspects of Talent for Care activity including Apprenticeships, Pre-employment programmes and Work Experience. In this session she is hoping to promote her vision for developing Work Experience within HEE itself
