Recording & Reporting – Good record keeping
Available to Social Care staff working within the Lancashire and South Cumbria postcodes only:
Session Aims:
To develop an understanding of good record keeping, its importance and application within the workplace. To provide high quality health and social care record keeping in line with professional Code of Practice guidance.
Learning Outcomes
• Identify the range of different reports and records required in your area of work. • Explain why these are needed• Describe practices that comply with legal requirements• Demonstrate an understanding of good practice in recording and reporting in day-to-day practice• Identify the pros and cons of different forms of records.
Maximum Session Size 20 MAXMethod of learning Microsoft Teams 90 mins
The training is entirely online learning which is led by a tutor in real time. You will need access to a computer and internet during all the training, preferably the trainer will need to be able to see and hear from you as the training will be interactive.
