Nursing and Midwifery Retention Masterclass – Excellence in Care (6th February 2023 3pm – 4pm)

This masterclass will showcase how excellence in care can improve staff experiences, and culture, aligned to the nursing and midwifery retention self-assessment too l. Speakers will talk about their own research & experiences in relation to excellence in care – and how engaging with your staff can impact on quality of service and retention.

This session is open to anyone supporting the retention of nurses and midwives.
