Mentor-Coach Development Training and Support Workshop
The focus of this training is on introducing the principles and practices of a coaching approach which may be applied to your mentoring practice. The training will help you to understand what we mean by a coaching approach and introduce some of the key skills that it involves. It may also be seen as a taster to help you decide whether you would like to complete an ILM programme.
