This session is suitable for Practice Managers , assistant managers and operations managers . An hour and a half session to go over the areas of general practice that you need to prepare to be CQC ready, ahead of any planned inspection, to avoid a last minute panic. We will cover Safeguarding, Infection Control, Health and Safety; HR records and more. Handouts will be available after the session for attendees.
