Career Development Professional information session
Lighthouse Group are hosting information sessions for those wanting to find out more about their new Career Development Professional apprenticeship programme. During these sessions, Lighthouse will introduce the qualification, outline who it is suitable for, and explain how the course supports professionals in developing their practice.
The Career Development Professional (CDP) apprenticeship directly supports those working in Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and wider career development roles. It develops the expertise needed to provide high-quality career guidance and support across education, employment, and community settings.
