SUMMARY:Health and Wellbeing Champion Training
DESCRIPTION:Wellbeing should be a shared value across the organisation and not owned by one person or team​\n\nThis training will empower primary care organisations to create or upskill a team of employees to work alongside the Wellbeing Champion Lead in the development\, delivery and improvement of well-being within their workplace. \n\n\nThe goal is to align with the NHS Peoples Plan and the ICS to embed a positive culture of health across primary care ​ \n\nThe training will be delivered by the well-being lead and cascaded in TTT technique to champions\n\nThis is an interactive session and you will be expected to interact.
