SUMMARY:Make Every Contact Count ‘MECC ‘Train the Trainer – Chat to Change’ Training
DESCRIPTION:Active Lancashire are seeking interest from organisations who may wish to upskill employees on the above training. This course will provide an organisation with a Trainer who can deliver MECC training across their organisation\, to educate colleagues around ways to deliver consistent and concise healthy lifestyle information via brief behaviour change methods to individuals. This is in the hope that they engage in conversations about their health and ultimately make more informed and positive lifestyle choices.
