DESCRIPTION:Find out what Smokefree Lancashire is all about and how you can help spread the word to your own clients and service users\n\n\n\nThe health of Lancashire is super important. Can you be part of the movement to encourage smokers to think about stopping their addiction and habit? If you work or volunteer in Lancashire\, then yes you can! (Lancashire County Council footprint does not include Blackburn with Darwen or Blackpool). We are looking forward to you joining us on our quest to bring down the prevalance of smokers in our population. \nSmokefree Lancashire have created a free training resource for you\, so you can raise awareness around our service and how your service users can access our service. \nOnce we have your confirmed booking\, you will be sent a calendar booking link via email with instructions on how to join the online training event \nUpon completion of the training\, all attendees will also be provided with an electronic attendance certificate. \nHosted by Smokefree Lancashire \nThe training will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams and is designed to be easily accessible\, providing all professionals with some foundational knowledge around smoking and our service. It is an interactive Powerpoint presentation. It includes watching a video\, a quiz and information giving.

DESCRIPTION:This 45 minute Forum will include a 30 minute presentation from Hannah Goldsmith\, Senior Infection Prevention and Control Nurse.  Hannah will be giving a general IPC update as well as a little team update.  This will be followed by a 15 minute explanation of the changes being made to the format of the Forums.
