Each session is 1 ½ hours in length. After each session they will be sent a write up of the sessions and anything relevant handouts as discussed in the session. If they cannot attend a session they will still get all of the handouts and write ups as they are part of the group. It is an interactive session- they must attend with a working camera and microphone as this is mentorship- so they will be talking and interacting.
