DESCRIPTION:OVERVIEW \nSupervisors and team leaders are often individuals who have made the transition from being one of the team to leading the team\, or have arrived to take charge of an established team. This can create challenges. Supervision requires great people\, communication\, and motivational skills and this is what attending the course will help you to develop.
