DESCRIPTION:Follow this link for further 2-Day Core Skills Health Coaching Courses that we are offering free of charge to all Lancs & S Cumbria colleagues in November & December 2023\, who have not already attended a 2-Day HC Course previously. \n\nThe 2-day face to face programme is designed to support practitioners from all health\, care\, community and voluntary sectors to learn how to use health coaching effectively in their current roles when speaking to patients/clients. \nHealth Coaching will give you the opportunity to build on the many skills you already possess and learn how a health coaching approach can very usefully support your work. \n\nPlease fill out the application form in full (stating your chosen co-hort dates) and send to workforcetraining@activelancashire.org.uk \, so that we can register you on your chosen dates. (Please note registrations are on a first come\, first serve basis) \nOnce registered\, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. \nOnce all places have been filled on a course\, a follow-up e-mail will be sent to you. DESCRIPTION:Following the success of the first Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) Webinar that was held in June this year\, NHSE are pleased to inform you that the ICB Non-Medical Prescribing Leads will be hosting a second webinar on 14th November between 11.30am – 12.30pm. \n  \nThe theme of the event will be: Prescribing Data Reports – Art of the possible! \nThe webinar will go through how a Non-Medical Prescriber can use their quarterly prescribing data reports to undertake reflective practice and identify gaps in knowledge\, as well as support personal development so that Non-Medical Prescribers can enhance the quality of their prescribing practice and make prescribing practices as safe as possible. \nThe event will include the following topics: \n\nPrescribing data reports: benefits and what the reports show.\nHow reports are screened and circulated.\n\n\nHow a non-medical prescriber can use the reports – with a focus on reflective practice.\nPrescribing Safely & Confidently – Hints and Tips.\n\nThe webinar is intended for Non-Medical Prescribers working in/employed by General Practice across Lancashire and South Cumbria\, but is also open to Practice Managers and Clinical Supervisors. \n  \nThe following link can be used to join the webinar on the 14th November 2023: Click here to join the meeting.
