Every other Tuesday at 1pm. \n\n\n\n\n\nTen Talks is a short\, sharp webinar series designed to share big ideas from across primary care.  Its quick accessible and focuses on real impact.\n\n\nEach session brings together passionate speakers who are immersed in primary care\, exploring innovative roles\, fresh thinking\, and practical approaches that are making a difference to patient care every day.\nThis session with focus on Cancer Awareness with Jason Feavers.\n\nTen Talks is intentionally simple and respectful of time: the first 10 minutes are recorded as a focused talk\, followed by an informal\, unrecorded chat where attendees can ask questions\, share reflections\, and connect more openly.\n\nTen Talks is rooted in a clear mission to attract\, grow and retain the primary care workforce.  The place for inspiration\, and connection across three of the largest and most complex health systems in England Cheshire and Merseyside\, Greater Manchester and Lancashire and South Cumbria.\n\n\nTen Talks – Short talks. Shared locally. \nFree for all North West Primary Care Staff\, this collaborative series is hosted by Cheshire and Merseyside\, Greater Manchester and Lancashire and South Cumbria Training Hubs. \n\n\n\nThis session will be recorded. It is in webinar style so no interaction is required. DESCRIPTION:August – Population Health & Inequalities \nDES: Population health management \nLES: Health inequalities initiatives \nTargeted interventions for inclusion health \nProactive LTC reviews and frailty registers \nNeighbourhood-level nursing leadership \nLancashire and South Cumbria Primary Care Training Hub’s PCN Lead Nurse Forums are held monthly for 30 minutes \nThe Forum provides useful resources\, regular update of communications from local Integrated Care Board such as Infection Control and Safeguarding and National Steer. It allows nurses to share best practice and innovation across the system\, collectively raise any nurse issues and provides peer support. \n\nAs part of the General Practice Nurse Programme in Lancashire and South Cumbria\, we have funding for a Lead Nurse in Primary Care Networks to join our collaborative. The collaborative is continuing the work from the GPN10PP to collectively work together to support all nurses in Primary Care.\n​\n​This is an interactive session and you will be expected to interact.
