SUMMARY:Spirometry Skills Workshop - Preston
DESCRIPTION:Spirometry Skills Practice Workshop for Primary Care staff in Lancashire and South Cumbria \nAvailable throughout the year at Fatima Health Centre\, 228 Garstang Rd\, Fulwood\, Preston PR2 9QB (1st Floor) \nThe session will include verification of the spirometer using a 3 litre syringe and an opportunity to practice performing spirometry with an experienced clinical educator. \n\nThe workshops welcome General Practice Nurses\, Health Care Assistants\, Nursing Associates\, Trainee Nursing Associates\, Advanced Nurse Practitioners\, Student Nurses\, Student Nurse Paramedics\, Physician Associates… anyone with a clinical role within Primary Care that is already trained in spirometry \n\n\nPLEASE BRING A DISPOSIBLE MOUTHPIECE TO THE SESSION \nPart of the training involves active participation including performing spirometry. To take part in this you will need to complete the following consultation form on the day.
