This must be completed separately. \nNOTE – for Non Registered Healthcare Professionals – BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU – have achieved education and training to Level Three of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF)4 or equivalent in England and Wales with at least 2 years’ experience as recommended in The National Minimum Standards. DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE DAY 1 IS TO COMPLETE ALL ELEARNING ELEMENTS PRIOR TO DAY 2. \nDay 2 will be virtually on MS Teams (9:30am-16:30) \nThe Immunisation and Vaccination Foundation is a blended learning programme. \nThis is for those new to providing Immunisation and Vaccinations \nThis course does not cover anaphylaxis or basic life support. This must be completed separately. \nNOTE – for Non Registered Healthcare Professionals – BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU – have achieved education and training to Level Three of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF)4 or equivalent in England and Wales with at least 2 years’ experience as recommended in The National Minimum Standards. These Standards are intended to support and facilitate high quality\, safe delivery of the influenza\, shingles and/or pneumococcal vaccination programmes. See here advice for HCA I & V Training. \nIn line with the Public Health England (2018) Minimum Standards and Core Curriculum for Immunisation Training for Registered Healthcare Practitioners we have developed a blended approach of both an e learning and a face to face taught course which previously consisted of two full taught days. Those new to immunisation are required to receive comprehensive foundation immunisation training. \n  \nThe programme web site is:– https://www.e-lfh.org.uk/programmes/immunisation/ \nThe programme is free to access just register to use the e-lfh portal. \n  \nThe course is designed around the updated National Minimum Standards and the competency assessment tool which must be undertaken in clinical practice following completion of the workshop. DESCRIPTION:Available to Social Care staff working within the Lancashire and South Cumbria postcodes only: \nSession Aims:To raise awareness in the care sector of Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking and understand your role and responsibilities in tackling modern slavery \n\nTo understand how you can contribute to fighting modern slavery in the UK\nTo understand what support is available for modern slavery victims\n\nMethod of learning Microsoft Teams 1 hours \nThe training is entirely online learning which is led by a tutor in real time. You will need access to a computer and internet during all the training\, preferably the trainer will need to be able to see and hear from you as the training will be interactive. \nPlease Note \n\nAs spaces are limited\, we request that you register a maximum of 2 staff from each care organisation.\nIf you have any questions regarding this training please email our inbox mbpcc.lscsocialcare@nhs.net\nIf you are no longer able to attend\, please cancel your place via Eventbrite.
