Listening Well – How you can contribute to improving NHS colleagues working experience

The next in a series of Learning Sprints for NHS people professionals is now open for registration. These short sessions align to the eight themes set out in the Future of NHS Human Resources and Organisational Development Report and aim to equip colleagues working within NHS HR and OD with the skills and knowledge to deliver service transformation and culture change, as well as the tools for career progression and upgrading their Chartered Institute of Personnel Development membership.

This sprint aims to enhance your knowledge of the ways we listen to employees, and understand how this contributes to creating a great employee experience. We will also discuss the role people professionals can play in creating inclusive cultures where individuals can thrive.

The session will include the opportunity for colleagues to ask questions and provide feedback on other areas of interest relating to employee experience.
