What do we mean by power?

 

What is your relationship to power?

 

These are some of the questions we will be looking at in our upcoming session on understanding and working with power.

 

This interactive session will encourage participants to reflect on what power means to them, how it impacts the health and care system and how our understanding of power can be used to build greater equality in our systems.

 

The virtual session is designed for senior managers and leaders of both clinical and non-clinical teams, who are looking to understand more about the complex dynamics of power, how it might make an impact and how to use it effectively and compassionately in the workplace.

 

It will also explore how to devolve and share authority and power to maximise system integration and leadership.
