Making a Difference to Young People’s Lives Through Personalised care
Please note: you will receive a Microsoft Teams link via email on the day of the webinar
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a particular impact on children and young people with mental health conditions. Following publication of the National Children’s Bureau’s research this webinar will present how personalised care approaches (particularly within personal health budgets and social prescribing) can make a significant impact to children and young people living with poor mental health in deprived areas.
This webinar will support sites and people working within services to understand the impact personalised care can have, especially for individuals / communities who are experiencing health inequalities, and to ultimately improve service delivery.
We will hear from the participating sites and give attendees the opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback and help shape future activity in this space.
Speakers:
- Pamela Shaw, Principal Officer, Mental Health and Wellbeing, National Children’s Bureau
- Tom Raines, Senior Manager, NHSEI
- Janet Blair, Senior Manager, NHSEI
- Representatives from participating sites
